This is a tincture of wild harvested blue cohosh root which was sustainably collected from an old-growth forest in the un-spoiled NY Finger Lakes. These roots are washed and trimmed before using. Tinctured in 180 proof alcohol for a minimum of 120 days. Extraction ratio 1:3. Do not use if pregnant. For adult use only. Always check with your doctor before using any herbal tincture.
