This is a tincture of wild-grown hawthorn berries, or haws. These are from native hawthorns and not from cultivars. Harvested from un-spoiled land in the NY Finger Lakes. Tinctured in 80 proof alcohol for 90 days. Extraction ratio 1:3. Our grain alcohol is triple charcoal filtered, vegan, all natural, and gluten-free.
