This is a tincture of wild New England aster, Symphyotrichum novae-angeliae, harvested from un-spoiled, private land in the New York Finger Lakes. Tinctured in 100 proof triple charcoal filtered grain alcohol for 90 days. Extraction ratio 1:3.
New England aster tincture is a traditionally used for support of the respiratory system and for allergy support.
All our products use wild organic, organically grown, or USDA organic plant materials. Plants are harvested from remote wild areas, unspoiled private land, and organic gardens cultivated by us, our friends, and our local farmers and beekeepers. USDA organic materials are purchased locally, or from established well-known vendors online. We try to purchase plants grown in the U.S. and Europe and we choose not to purchase from China. Our grain alcohol is triple charcoal filtered. As of 2026 it will be, gluten-free, vegan, and kosher and will be labeled as such as tinctures are re-stocked.
