This soothing Organic Cranky Skin Salve contains comfrey, Symphytum officinale, plantain, Plantago lanceolata & plantago major, and yarrow, Achillea millefolium. These herbs are combined withUSDA organic extra-virgin olive oil, USDA organic grapeseed oil, pure beeswax from a local apiary and a touch of vitamin E oil as an antioxidant.
These plants are organically grown on our own chemical-free land. The oils are USDA organic; the beeswax is always from a local apiary. The salve is made to support irritated skin, soothe insect bites or stings, and provide allantoin, a phytochemical that supports new cell growth. Olive oil provides polyphenols which are antioxidants, and grapeseed oil is neutral and non-greasy. Vitamin E supports skin suppleness and is another antioxidant which helps to give the oils a longer shelf-life.
