This is organically grown shredded comfrey leaf, Symphytum officinale. Comfrey has been used as a traditional tea but is no longer recommended for internal use. Packaged by the ounce in kraft paper bags.
All plant material is stored with oxygen absorbers in Mylar zip-seal bags made of PET Aluminum, food-grade, eco-friendly & BPA free materials. It is re-packaged when ordered to maintain freshness.
