This salve contains organically grown comfrey leaf, Symphytum officinale, USDA organic tea tree oil, USDA organic extra-virgin olive oil, and USDA organic castor oil combined pure beeswax from a local apiary and a touch of vitamin E oil as an antioxidant. This product is intended for external use only and may be helpful for tendinitis, myofascial pain, arthritis, fractures, and skin healing. Comfrey contains allantoin, which is antibacterial, moisturizing, humectant, protective, and fights the signs of aging. It stimulates new skin cell growth and repair and so naturally causing gentle exfoliation and healing. The addition of tea tree oil gives it antifungal properties that are useful for topical fungal conditions.
