This salve is made with wild organic dandelion petals (Taraxacum officinale). They are combined with USDA organic sunflower oil and pure beeswax straight from the farmer, with a little USDA organic vitamin E oil as an antioxidant. I have also added ylang-ylang lemon essential oil for a bright fragrance and additional benefits.
Dandelion is anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, high in vitamins A, C, and E. It may help acne, and eczema. I may help protect skin from fine lines, and UV radiation. Ylang-ylang lemon essential oil helps with oil regulation, acne reduction, and skin brightening. It may help balance sebum production, and calm inflammation. Lemon is a skin brightening astringent.
These plants were wild-harvested from herbicide-free, unspoiled private land in NY State's beautiful Finger Lakes region where the air is clean, and the water is pure. For topical use only.
