This salve is made with cultivated organic comfrey (Symphytum officinale), wild organic rosehips (Rosa canina), and wild organic sweet woodruff (Galium odoratum). These plants were harvested from an organic garden, and herbicide-free, unspoiled private land in NY State's beautiful Finger Lakes region where the air is clean, and the water is pure. They are combined with USDA organic castor oil, sweet almond, extra-virgin olive, and grapeseed oils. Combined with local beeswax and frankincense oil it makes a soothing salve that helps protect from sun damage and soothe a mild sunburn. For topical use only.
